Artificial Intelligence & Genealogy Special Interest Group

The AI Special Interest Group is a welcoming space for genealogists of all skill levels. No tech experience required--just curiosity. 

April's Challenge (Should You Choose to Accept It!) Use AI as a research buddy. Describe a place where you're stuck in your research and see what questions AI asks you back.

Whether you've been with us from the start or you're just getting curious about AI for genealogy, this is a great session to join!

If you're new to the group or haven't joined us in a while, we'd love to have you! And although we aim to learn more about AI, we aim to have fun doing it!

What to Bring:

  • Your laptop (optional, but helpful for the hands-on session!)
  • Login credentials for your AI website(s) of choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
