- Special Events - help with room set up, takedown, staff the registration table
- Telephone volunteer
- Online Book Store - price research, data entry, photograph books, inventory
- Lock-in - registration table, greeter, planning committee
- Brown Bag Programs - help with room set up, takedown, staff the welcome table
